FAQ
The CFOA requires that each player have a valid annual CFOA player ID card. In order to eliminate substitutions of illegal rostered players, having an CFOA ID is imperative. Therefore, every player is required to show their CFOA ID before entering the field of play.

All player ID's must be purchased-with picture uploaded-through the APPA no later than Tuesday in order to be received at the host field and be available for pick-up by the player.

Pay online 6 days prior to your first event and upload your personal photo: $40.00
Wait until the day of the event: $50.00
Forget to upload your photo: $10.00
Lost your ID, need a reprint or even a roster change: $10.00
